Dating for six years, Wong Cho Lam (王祖藍) and Leanne Li (李亞男) are in a steady relationship with marriage intentions. Cho Lam plans to marry Leanne in an extravagant wedding to celebrate their love and form lifetime memories.

Often regarded as the “beauty and the beast” couple due to their differences in physique, Cho Lam revealed how they get along in their relationship. Cho Lam admitted that he is a chauvinistic man, while Leanne has a more passive personality. “She is an indecisive person. But there’s nothing you can do about it; a needle cannot have two pointed ends. If you want a person to be gentle, the natural drawback is indecisiveness. If you want a person to lead you, then naturally, the person will not always accommodate you. So it is important to weigh things out. If I love this side of her, I will have to accept the other side that comes with it.”

Although the couple has marriage in sight, Cho Lam wants to postpone having children so they can continue to focus on their careers. “Besides, I don’t want her to feel unsettled. I want her to have the chance to experience everything she wants to. We can consider having children afterward. I don’t want her to have any regrets in the future.”

Wong Cho Lam Enjoys Success in Career and Love

Cho Lam has always been ambitious and never settled for less. He scripted popular TVB comedies Inbound Troubles <老表,你好嘢﹗> and Come On, Cousin <老表,你好Hea!> and is credited to have boosted the careers of cast members Ivana Wong (王菀之), Louis Cheung (張繼聰), and May Chan (陳嘉佳).

He has also casted his long-time girlfriend, Leanne Li, in Come on, Cousin. Cho Lam praised, “After we began dating, her comedic side emerged. Although I cast her in an unflattering role, I didn’t think she would be able to stoop to that level.”
