Yes to both, first option isn't a big deal, basically from a person's natural instinct, if you like someone so much, you wouldn't mind the extra hassle just to learn sign language. And the second one also isn't much of a biggie thanks to surrogate mothers and adoption like g said and also it's a plus as well since you can screw her most the time with no further consequences
me and my gf had this discussion before, for #2, i wouldn't mind at all, as long as she is with me, i am fine with adoption. because i am spending the remaining of my life with her, that's all that matters

the first one would be a bit harder but if the sign language is well learned I don't see why not. the second one is fine with me
