If it were up to you, would you rather receive a self-made christmas-gift from your gf/bf or a gift that he/she bought at a shop? And what would be the perfect christmas-gift?
self made is thoughtful depending on your experiences but i'd rather have something like a diamond ring? anyone?
Making something is always nice, but if it turns out to be crappy or not useful, I think buying a gift that they really would like isn't a bad idea. For everything, it's the thought that counts so who cares if it's an item that you didn't self produce yourself? Just make sure its a gift they would enjoy.
wouldn't a gift you spent alot of time on be the most value.. time is something you can't buy....everything else you probabli can
For me it depends on how long you've known that person. A short relationship history means a store bought gift is better.

for me, i dont care wat she gets me, as long as she gets me something hehe n it really depends on the person, there's ppl like me, who probably dont really care about wat they get, and den there's ppl who likes a certain specific thing. umm say sum1 materialistic, u can get that person clothes or a bike or something. But then there are ppl who jus wants 2 no u cared n spent time on it 4 dem. I once took pictures of places i've spent wif my gf n put it in a photo album n wrote funnie stuff in there and i got a kiss for it =] i cuda gotten a kiss wenever i want one but this one was special hehe
