well if u've tried it and it works fine then it should be ok. what extra features are on it? and what is the magic memory stick in ur sig?

release candidate (RC), im assuming that means there still must be some minor bugs still left in SP3

 

^release candidate, its like a pre-final release version. But you get no after support, so fixing it and using it is totally at the discretion of the user

btw the RC i think was for Vista SP1

 

I read that XP with SP3 is twice as fast as Vista. Can anyone verify?
