    I guess somebody dropped the ball. See how easily Y2K could've happened if the programmers didn't catch the mistake years earlier? But then again, those with credit card debts would've been free. Too bad.

    a fix has been made, u just need to let the battery run out and then charge it again
    or take it, open it, remove battery/hd and hthen reconect them (this voids the warranty though)
