Depends on how old you are. If your like 17 its good to date someone with a gap of 1 or 2 yrs. But once you turn like 30, you can date someone with like a 8-10 year gap.
i dont think it matters unless the two ages are like on waay opposite sides of the spectrum. in which case it just raises some questions, but w/e. it's so hard to tell since the matter depends on the ppl themselves and their relationship.
I've dated girls that were 5yrs older than me... but I like younger girls for they are less serious...
Lol all those people that like those older girls.. think again in 20 years.... do you even know the rate at which woman in general gets old at? it's liek triple the speed of guys... Only reason most people date older woman is for that maturity, as in they want to be someone their not or have that confidence above everyone else. I once dated a female that was in fact 5 years older but i don't believe i would wanna date older woman again. Not saying it's a bad experience. But the fact that your gonna be older woman are ready to settle down.. and are you willing to pull in that commitment? And what even if you are.. you like her now.. what about in the next iono how long... you might think that i wouldn't date a woman for that's older than me for commitment.. but you never what could happen during the time you guys are together. And finally why are all porn starts not moms but in their prime years of early to mid 20's ? If you ask me? it's not if would like to date girls that are older or younger. but in their prime age, where you can get the most out of the relation.

I've gone out with guys who were 3, even 4 years older than I am, but honestly, I think 7 years is too big of a difference. Just think, when you were 7, did you experience as much as you did when you were 14? They are at completely different stages in life right now. At 22, the guy should be out of college and working a full time job. At 15, the girl is just starting out high school. Those are two different worlds, and it's hard to see what they'd have in common. Maybe when he turns 30 and the girl turns 23, they'd be more on the same page, but as of right now, either the guy is a big loser who can't get girls his age or near his age, or he's in denial and still thinks he's a teenager...
