I used to be able to run long distances but since a year or 5, I do nothing much about it except some running in the gym for half an hour, 15-17km but with extra obstacle by adjusting the gradient of the treadmill. Since weather is looking very nice again, I've bought a new pair of running shoes and I'll try it again when I can tear myself away from my pc, tv and books.
I'm not a runner so maybe a minute. I tried training on a trendmill and for about 2 minutes and I sprain my nerve on my foot. So sad, but I can power walk and I can walk all day long
the longest i've run is 14km in about 1 and a bit hours.... i'm playing to do a half marathon in a couple of months, which is 21 kms... sounds kind of scary.....but i love having the challenge. You have to train properly for these events or your won't make it. what's 14km in miles?
HAHHA...basicly...im like disabled when it comes to running...i would do anything else instead of running...i would even kiss an ugly guy...lol...thats how much i HATE!!! RUNNING!!!! like i need 30-40 to run 100 miles lol...
I used to be able to run for hours, since I've gained a lot more muscle and stopped doing cardio to save calories, I can't run that long.
I cannot run! 1 mile will probably take me 40 mins to 60 minutes. My problem is when I run, my stomach hurts.
Dang, everyone here is soooo fast when they run. I've been jogging lately just to get back in shape and I am very very sluggish.
