shoes tailored for your type of feet would help. might wanna google feet type. over pronation, etc. You could also set the incline higher so not to hurt the knee 2 much, I put mine to about 2.0. yea. stretching also helps. wow, it must have took about an hour and some...good workout !!! a nice accomplishment, but I would train first n more progessively by 10 percent weekly. e.g. 10k, increasing to 11 k next week for 1500m, it is 1,5 km, so it takes about 15 min to 30 min for most people joggin
for those who think they cannot run, i think it most of the time it is a matter of mind, rather than the body
I am into running but my bf can run 8 miles non stop for 50mins. Good music can help, it keeps you going with good rythms!
Not really into running >< Ive only done it to warm up, but I usually do 1-2 miles in 10 minutes before I hit the gym.
