ok... i've heard that spicy food effect the liver from fighting dermic bacteria so it's easier to get break outs... i dunno if that's true... personally i agree with wind more...
I think it's all a myth... and really depends on the persons skin type... there are pple who can eat the most junkiest food and never get a break out... so I mean uff it... SPICY FOOD IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!
