How bad is eating spicy food bad for the skin?

    its not good for the stomach, it burns the stomach, and also bad for the skin.

    btw do u know most processed food these days already contain salt content so there's no need to actually add salt onto the food.

  5. ok... i've heard that spicy food effect the liver from fighting dermic bacteria so it's easier to get break outs... i dunno if that's true... personally i agree with wind more...

    Not sure about spicy foods but I've heard of people getting pimples from eating too much chocolate.

  9. I think it's all a myth... and really depends on the persons skin type... there are pple who can eat the most junkiest food and never get a break out... so I mean uff it...

    SPICY FOOD IS OFF THE CHAIN!!!

    hahaha thank you Angie n also bbes haha, I'm back lol.
    I been out rebuilding my life....and revising for exams hahaha.
    But PA was down for a while and I was like o_O..... it's gone?!?!
    But I'm back now lol.

    How can people not like spicy foods? Even if its JUST a little spice? The taste is WONDERFUL! x

    Well pick the level of spice that dont set your mouth on fire lol, then it truely is a wonderful feeling. lol
    I got my habit off my mum when she used to put chilli sauce on anything, now I do it lol x

    lol i heard that eating chili is good for eyes, i dunno why , and eating Wasabi is good for unblocking stuffed noses ^^

    i looooooooooooooooooooove spicy food!!! love it. love it. love it. and my skin is fine. i hardly ever get any pimples.
