Don't even think about going to Hk Disneyland, it sucks. You should check out the food show on the DL section, you'll sure to find some good places to eat and play.

LOL... no I don't work for Ziplock bags, ha ha. However, if you keep your money or documents in an inner secret wallet, they tend to get moist with sweat over time. The zippies help to prevent them from getting wet. And no, HK crime isn't all that bad. However, it pays to be prepared for the one in a thousand chance... -unsure

Oh, and BTW, for anyone traveling, you should photo copy all your documents. They won't be legal (to use in place of the real ones) per se, but they will help you identify yourself to your embassy or consulate, making re-issue or replacement documents easier to come by, if lost or stolen.

you should dress very lightly if you are going to spend some time in HK during the summer as it gets REALLY hot.

i just got back from there, and places to go are mongkok for the shopping and food (lots of street vendors and food), elements in kowloon, times square, sogo and the whole collection of shopping malls in causeway bay are great.

central is great for name brand fare and american style food if you are missing it

I'd say. I remember one minute it was bright and sunny, and about two minutes later it was like I was standing in the shower. So either bring a pop up umbrella... or soap.

Just back from a recent 3 weeks trip to HK,, if you want to take the tourist route
why not visit the "Avenue of stars" in TST, take the ferry across the habour, and the must take the cable car up to "the Peak"
Another thing,, depending on your age but between Disney land or Ocean Park,, Ocean Park is the choice...!
