that doesn't matter, the fact that both the president's trophy winner, and the cup champs NEED a game 7 against an 8 seed smurf, underweight, midget, no future, no talent team is MUCH MORE than enough in my book. i consider reaching game 7 a win. pens may very well take game 7 and win the series, but like the caps, they have lost their integrity. and with that said, boston or philly will just need to play the same game habs have played to shut your guys down time to trade MAF and golilolski
It's not uncommon for a 1st seeded team to get eliminated in the playoffs. It's happened at least once for a couple years now. And it's not uncommon for 8th seeds to put up a fight for game 7's. So the number of games it takes to win honestly symbolizes nothing about a team's talent. Hockey, unlike basketball has a lot more luck involved with it and that's why 7 game series are much more crucial in hockey to determine the best of the 2 teams. BTW once again. Pens will win the Cup. Make it happen.

Totally agree on this. I didn't think Habs will make it pass the Caps. Considering they beat the Caps and made it into game 7 with Pits, it's good enough. Of course it'll be better if they win it, but i'm satisfy that Habs made it into 2nd round in game 7 with Pits. They faced the top teams in playoffs and still put up a good fight, not bad I wanna see how LEAFS do next year. Hopefully, not another disappointment. Toronto teams are disappointing with Raptors and Jays.. Leafs seems to have potential with how they played with the last few games, so hopefully they'll finally make it into the playoffs.
