yes, this is just justice to the highest degree. She's free now....so what if she's in jail, (she won't be for that long anyway) and will no longer be facing abuse anymore. buut.. on the flip side, the rest of her life is is fuked...criminal record.

how do we know for certain that his father sexually abused her, what if she used it as an excuse. also, not worth it as ur now gonna have a criminal record and that means u won't be able to find a job. she should have just told the police or something.
She was 13 wen she shot him, and killing a person isnt easy esp. for a 13 yr old, she must have had a reason to do so. Her 'home' was described as not fit for humans, that says somethng about the father.
