but it's okay. we'll pull through. and the thing with the goalie situation is this, we have been babied and spoiled in toronto with great goalies for awhile now. i mean, when we have good, but not great goalies, it really shows the weakness of our defence. i mean mccabe can shoot the puck, which is why his money worth was sky high last season, but he stopped getting goals and it's like no worth cause he's not that great of a defense, not a 5 million dollar one anyway.
sundin has been the leafs best player for the past decade if only they still had belfour or maybe cujo, they might be in the top 4 on east conference, not far away from the habs and i think the habs will take over east this season, not because they're my hometown team, but it's cuz i can feel it, cuz the sabres won't be as good as they were in the debut of the season, even tho they're still doing pretty well now or if the habs aren't 1st, there will be like 1 or 2 pts of difference between them and the sabres and the thrashers won't be a problem for them, they can handle them
what are u talking about? even thought Igy is their best scorer, they are still winning that shows they aren't a one man team
I know they're not a one-man team. heck, I was cheering for them in the 2004 cup finals when they got robbed. but that doesn't take away from the fact that iggy's the only one on the team that can score regularly.
ya i guess thats true but since igy gone, the other players are really stepping it up in a tight confereance
leafs are hurting... alot of inconsistent play...they need to refocus and come back strong after the all-star break.
how do you guys like the northwestern conference points? its pretty close, I mean anyteam can go from first to last within a couple of games
sigh... wish wellwood and peca cud be back in their lineup now... i'd feel so much better for their playoff chances
the northwestern conference is really tight the flames for instance end up jumping around to being first to third only several points seperates everyone
youngstars 9-8 eastern conference wins... if anyone really counts those chara had hardest shot 100.4 to souray's 100, hossa and eric staal had the highest accuracy 4/5...
eastern won the skills..crosby won it with that shootout competition with salane...forgot who was the fastest skater...and turco was amazing in shootout
