demar is that you? 5-8 threes wow. i'm not only surprised that he's making good on his word on improving his range this past offseason, but also that he's fearlessly taking those three-point shots. i love this guy!

andrea also seems to be playing much better this year also. props to those who grabbed him and/or demar this year. big things coming!

  5. Demar for 3 pt contest! and Bargz an all-star! :trollface2:

I doubt it. The reason he has to improve his 3 pt shot is because his ball handling skills and ability to drive to the lane is not intuitive for him. That's why the majority of his game depends on his mid range jumper even though he seems to be a good finisher close to the rim. I like Demar, but his skill set is too lacking for me to put him in the top 15 scorer. However I am impressed so far by his improvements.

Andrea is the usual Andrea in my eyes. He's putting numbers up, but his game is still as flawed as ever. He settles too much on offence, doesn't rotate/help on defence and is still scared to touch the ball once it comes off the rim. He is not a starter on a contender and never will be in my eyes when he offers so much less for what he gives you. He's Toronto's Boozer, but worse.

Knicks as expected are terrible. All the hype for Chandler was for nothing. Your team culture and attitude won't change with one player when you have a coach like D'antoni. Being a Suns fan I know all too well what D'antoni is and isn't capable of. One of the things he isn't capable of is running a championship team under any circumstance. It makes things even worse that New York's roster is terrible not only depth wise, but they will forever fail to reincarnate the Suns offence of the past. Douglas cannot control the pace, has minimal court vision for a 1, and is extremely indecisive. Felton was a good fit for them and having a swing like Chandler and Gallo were also very useful to NY's offence. As long as D'antoni is coach I will stand by my opinion that the Knicks lost in the trade for Melo and damaged their team to the point where they will barely scrape by the 1st round if they are lucky, only to get decimated to whatever team in the 2nd.

Neither did Donnie Walsh. The only reason he made the deal was the pressure from top ownership. He thought the Knicks would be giving way too much for Melo, which they did. The knicks later told Walsh to screw off after resurrecting their franchise. The only way to change that team to a contender is to fire D'antoni or revamp the roster or they will continue to disappoint and live the life of mediocrity. Though I must say, watching the ceiling fall at MSG is kind of enjoyable to watch. I think it's mainly due to the bad image of the typical cocky Knick fan who thought their prays had been answered with a hog the ball, stall your offence player in a system that is completely opposite to him.

How do you lose that game? The Heat made a couple mistakes down the stretch for the Hawks to abuse and come back, but their offence was stagnant. And how do you just run straight up isolation with 20 seconds left on the clock for a Joe Johnson? No play of any kind designed out of the timeout. I hate when teams do that. I can go on about how the Hawks were completely disappointing tonight. Cannot believe they bailed Miami out like that.

Also Spolstra clearly out coached Drew.

  11. no wade no bron...no problem! HEAT! :D

    blazers playing well..no franchise player.

Mavs look horrid this year! hangover ? :p

D antoni is just a stupid coach, i watched their first game versus Boston, they nearly lost it althought they had a 11 pts lead
when you feel your team lose rythme and the opposite team is coming back and, u call a time out
he just let boston catch up and then he called the time out .... wtf thats too late
