^ Guys usually skip step 1 and 2 and go to step 3.

right on...this is what i've been doing since i recently broke up with my gf of 2 years. With guys you can just hang out with the boys go to the mall check out the girls, or just do stuff to keep your mind off the girl that you just broke up with

    nyckeion ....Boo....

Although I am not the best person to be giving advice but recently I have been through that and well its truly tough at the beginning the best thing you can do is just avoid alot of things that reminds you of her and things will slowly progress afterwards

for those who been breaking up with girls and say they won't cry... may cry one day.

i know because i use to be them, breakin girls hearts... not that i wanted to, it's not my fault they liked me -.-
but i guess karma smacked me in the face.

not saying you'll grab a tissue box and cry... just saying there will be tears and i'm not afraid to hide it, i've shed my fair share.

and it's true, time will heal. the faster u're willing to let go, the faster u'll heal.
what i would do is get rid of most of the stuff that reminds u of the person, or just store it away.
go out ALOT with your friends. check out girls and meet other girls/ other people not just for relationship, but for friends as well. don't try to hop into another relationship.

Hmm...Cry your heart out....I think that's a way to be slightly happier.....and time will be the permanent essence of making you happy =)
