In my opinion, I think a better ALTERNATE ENDING would be for Twinkle to somehow find the card that she wrote to Chee Yut Bo when she was younger indicating that "he is the most important person in her life" (Chee Yut Bo could have taken that card with him to Disneyland hoping to find her and show her that card and dropped it accidentally but then Twinkle happens to pick it up) and realize or remember that all along the "important" person is Chee Yut Bo. I mean the series started out with her getting an astrology reading from "astrology princess" saying she will meet the most important person in her life. I think they should have ended it off in that direction. I guess the writer / producer probably forgot about that card. That card should have some sort of significance.
To think about it.. in the last episode.. i kind of forgot about the card. The card was kind of to make an episode out of it because they needed ONE episode to finish off the drama and they use this idea to fill in the hole. The card should of appeared again! This idea is good too.
PA members are so much more creative than TVB writers sometimes. We should send in our alternative endings.
what a bad ending..no wonder this is a warehoused series. probably there won't be an alternatiive endings..sad
I dunno but the ending was stupid. Well .. put it this way .. the title of this series is called "cupid stupid" so I thought perhaps the ending will must realize that there's no such things as fate or stuffs .. we should just follow our heart .. how we feel inside .. unfortunately, the ending clearly put the opposite ..let fate determine my destiny .. who am I going to be with .. shitty. your destiny is in your hand. it's sad that they try to portray it's not. people tend to use fate as an excuse when they can't get the satisfying result or content w/ life. sad. for me, it's not who gets the gal at the end .. it's the thing w/ fate and destiny that I hated it so much .. the title of this drama is very misleading. stupid indeed i guess.
i dislike the ending like that. Yat Bo should call her and be together not to be a generous man, give his love to another one... shhhh, so sad, bad ending >.<
The ending sucks like hell! I like Weberley333's version of an ending. They really should have used the "old card" to round up this series which I did enjoy.
Was expecting the ending to be something like Shine on You (2004) Kenix Kwok frowned when she saw Bobby , then smile when Michael was behind him. Because Tavia didn't seem happy when hugging Michael, thought the ring tone from Steven would grab Tavia attention and she would run to him.
i personally think the second half of the series was going downhill. I was super disappointed with the plot, and especially the ending. Like other TVB series, this ending was super crappy, and it did not make sense at all! Esp when twinkle said, "So fate wants me to choose you"...i was just like..."wtf?" lolol...so that means twinkle doesn't even like jeff that much....lolol
btw, i totally agree with PA - Entertainment Destination - View Profile: xDvDx@@AMEPARAM@@View Profile: xDvDx</title>@@AMEPARAM@@xDvDx, Shine on you's ending was waaaaaay better
i came across a section on the newspaper where they're talking about how michael tse has lots of fans, then i read "Michael Tse and Tavia Yeung went to a mall recently to film series 'Cupid Stupid'....." either the writer is wrong or they're actually filming a TVB version??? they could've mistaken it as "鱼跃在冬季" (tavia & michael are in it) or.........LOL here's the pic
i thought tavia should definitely be with her BEST friend instead of a guy that already ruined his chances by being a crazy jealous bf... -er
I find this ending so impossible. Why is it that of all days Tavia goes missing she plans to go to Disneyland on the day Steven realizes she always wanted to go there?
i didn't like michael in this series. after being laughing gor, this ending demoted his impression so much..
