lmao, but seriously american idol is a "American" singing contest...but usually asians who auditions are not that good anyways...and an asian idol definitely won't succeed in america (it's the truth), but it can help put the asians on the map for the american music industries....
^is jin that successful, dude is still underground...and i dunno who's george nozuka lol, EDIT: nvm i know the guy, but he's more mixed i guess, theres alot of mixed people in the american industry, one being amerie, also he's not that successful too, don't see him in the spotlight now, oh yea he's a canadian artist lol....but basically success isn't that you just know their names but that they are making big bucks and somewhat getting in the spotlight...never heard jin in the spotlight, dudes still getting dissed just because of his race...

Tho I think the best performance was the japanese guy who seemed to ADORE simon cowell lol. He was wonderful lol. Cracked me up majorly! I dont understand how half these people think they stand a chance... They should put a bucket on their head and start singing and see how they really sound. damn.... x
