yes..ewido. will also help..but u need to use em all together..and believe it or not..u can actually learn alot from porn..i meant...in looking for free porn..ur system can get fucked...cleaning it up is where u learn..and i've come across a ton of pcs infected because of porn...

thats just an extreme cure it all method...there are other ways to clean up ur system..and have it running fast...
sure it is..but for the average user...don seem so practical...i mean..i assume ur good in ur IT and what not....with guys like us...i mean..i only do an actual full format once a year..other times i'm just norton ghost...
^ actually unless u really know something about the process, i would say dont do it, cause ull prob end up messing it up. Talking you through it over the internet is not ideal, best you find someone who can do it for you in person, or remove the problems in person
