some people said i looked mexican, viet, filipino, white, and alot of people believe me when i say im korean. LMAO i dont even know what to say.. i have the same feeling.
i am chinese... but people have come up to me and started rattling off in strange languages... expecting me to understand them... ;p

On a quick sidenote, being chinese is not just about the bloodline. Remember what we call China, was once hundreds of several independent cultures. e.g. Hakka, Hainan (I can't spell). But by living together and sharing our culture with one another we grew to become the society and people we are today. Instead I think it best to say that one is chinese, if he adheres to chinese values, traditions and his loyalty lies with the chinese. I'm sure if someone were to completely adopt chinese culture and traditions, fought in multiple wars for china, and was an active member of the chinese cummunity, he would have earned his right to call himself chinese. It would be doubtful if anyone could claim he was less chinese than a 'pure-blood'. So moral of the story, being chinese is not just about 'blood', its abit how you live your life and the person you are.
Alot of people thought I'm korean. Alot of times random korean people just come up to me and start talking korean. I thought I'd look more chinese after i dyed my hair. hmm but it still happens though.
man there is no one appearance for 'Chinese'. It's so fucking broad. I've seen Chinese who look Korean all the way down to looking Filipino. This shouldn't come as a surprise because China spans such a large geographical area from north south so the spectrum is greater. What's good about being Chinese? More sexual variety. Look at the Koreans who are bloody homogenous in looks, all look pretty much the same! How fucking boring.
