Anyone here ever asked out a person that works at a place you go to often?

Word. Just ask her out already and stop beating around the bush with it like a high school boy. If you ask, then there's a 50% chance that you guys will go out. If you don't ask, then there's 100% chance that you won't.

And if you get rejected, then you get rejected, and move on. Just because she rejects you, doesn't necessarily mean there's anything wrong with you. Maybe she already has a boyfriend (like you said), or maybe it's not the right timing for her. You'll gain confidence once you learn how not to fear rejection.

As for the whole movies thing.... The thing about the movies is that you can't have a conversation, but it might give you something to talk about afterwards. I would personally ask her out for coffee or lunch, though.

Seriously, I've been working at a restaurant for 2+ years now, and I've had girls come up to me and initiate dates/conversations. If girls can do it, I don't see why you can't.

    1. The art of trying to get a girl to go out wit you...And gettin' her digits...
    2. To sell marijuana. At least used in areas around Toronto, Canada but likely in many other places as well.
