    ACTUALLY, I just checked my acct today and indeed, I bought Wachovia for $0.01. If you're look at Google or Yahoo Finance or Bloomberg, you will see something different. I think they take the median for low but I am not sure. Anyway, I got it for a penny per share.

    Another stock that I bought was Fannie Mae for $0.18 per share but when you look it up, it said that the company low was $0.35 which is not true.

    u do realize... that if u bought $500 worth of Wacovia at $.01, and u haven't sold yet... u just hit roughly $350k right? and on a glitch btw, cuz it never opened or closed at .01, so if it did happen, it was probably cuz the system glitched when the closed trading on it from being sold to citi -.-;

    When the news about Citigroup taking over was released, I sold it which was about $1.81 cuz I worry that the stock might get taken down like Washington Mutual. For Fannie Mae, I sold it at $2.06. So yeah, I haven't lost money on the stock market thus far .. but my retirement accts .. sigh .. not good ... not at all.
