The website is Taiwanese but the list is INDEED from the TVB version. - EXAMPLE: 1st actor on the first row is 吳啟華, then 艾威, who are both TVB actors Joyce Tang's character in that series is called [FONT=arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]紀曉芙 [/SIZE][/FONT]and she looked like this:

Well, I looked at the full cast list and saw that there was a character named "yellow robed girl", played by a woman named June Chan, who-as mentioned by another user, was also in Healing Hands: Could that possible be her? http://img205.imageshack.us/img205/1349/junechan.png Also, I managed to get her name from the show, the girl, Hon Guay, is actually 韩婭, so I hope taht helps, and at least there is a proper name to that face, even if it's just thename of the character.
aww ure still finding her its not june chan, the lips & eyes dont match, besides her role is like u said, yellow robe girl, not 韩婭, i was scrolling down to find that name but no luck, no info on that character, it's left blank:
