euhm, i am chinese, but why do you have to be proud about being a chinese?. Well ofcourse i am proud being a chinese, who wouldnt.<_< But why would we be proud, do we think that we are beter than others? What does it matter if you are black, white or yellow. We are all living, why do we have to have to disrespect other people. Most of the wars/fight began on this matter. Diffences makes it hard to understand and respect others. nevertheless, why wouldnt we be proud, we are all human. lol, i dont really got a opinion >.<
i am proud to be chinese. its not something i thought about much when i was growing up, being an overseas born chinese. however as i got older and into college, i have taken a much more active interest in chinese culture (ie extending beyond tvb and canton/mando pop) and language.
yea i am1 it's such an ancient culture and countyr. so much history bad and good. Such a great language, tradition, and food! But also many bad things, but let's not be a downer in this forum.
proud, n doubt, we are the best. I mean like Made in China,cmon, that phrase probably appears most in every kind of merchandise there is. Being Korean or Jap, HA, come on 5000 years of history, cant top that. Eating each other uhhhh cannibalism is practiced all over the world, and treating each other like crap, this is based on a person, not to identify them into a group. The food, the tradition, the culture, the RACE in all may be said to be the best. White-washed Chinese people are Chinese too, just raised in a community that they adapted to being white. Cant blame them, placed in the south, or like NJ or something around there, its like 1/100 that are asian. But yes, there are 1/6 Chinese people that make up the world, but in places, we are still considered minorities.
yes i am very proud that i am chinese, because china will be the future super super power way stronger than america or any european countries
