i think they pick out names like Emotion, Pinky, Kingdom, etc... and stuff, is b/c chinese names have names like Emotion, or sometimes nicknames like Pinky, Pighead, etc... so then they do the same for English names also, but then it turns out weird.... @_@
Myolie Wu is pronounced as Molly and Gillian is pronounced as J-illian. Both ways are spelled correctly so whats so stupid about it?
gillian is jillian..not gil lian..isn't it?..jillian sounds better...and i always pronouce myolie as my o ly
i think the actors/actresses are trying to be unique...i mean if everyone of them has the same English name then it won't make them stand out and the ppl won't remember their names as well as getting them mixed up with other ppl. also i think most of their names are pretty creative and cute.
Wats wrong with Elva? sounds good to me.. and whats wrong with having unique names? Names mean alot to ppl.. n it isnt nice saying that ppl's names are stupid. If you ask me.. mystery and shy aren't exactly smart user names either.
I LOL'd so hard at thsi thread my coworker thinks I'm crazy -lol Hellguard, I literally said exactly what you said when I saw the show last week. I had to ask my parents what the chinese title was because Pillow Case of Mystery sounds like a porno (or a children's book )
