Yea for the most part, it can actually be pretty embarrassing to have this as you don't get to have enough fun while your out with your friends or at a part. I use to suffer from this back in the day and I would hate the fact that I could only drink a couple of beers. Yeah, I have the glow also. I could drink one breezer, and my face will go bright red. What can you do, we don't have the enzyme in our body that properly digests the alcohol. Pepcid AC does help. And I find that when I take it, I don't get stomach aches or head aches the next day. So many people think I'm completely wasted when I drink a bit. My face goes pretty red. Eyes get pretty glistened too. C'est la vie. I used to care about how people looked at me. And sometimes I still am pretty conscious about how I look, but who gives a shiz. Everyone's too drunk to care about how you look, so as long as you're having fun, that's all that matters.
Pepid AC works for me to prevent turning red from drinking. I just take it 10-15 min before i drink =)
i know how it feels like! i just need 1 sip of wine and i turn red the next second :( i dun care anymore now as all my friends know by now that i'm not drunk when they see me red like this,lol. they still make fun of me though, but it doesn't matter now...i accepted it and it's ok by now ;-)
