I think a shorter hair style fits a round face better, and dark brown or black hair is fine.

hmmm, maybe layer it a bit more and cut your bangs so they can be more thicker and shorter?
you know, the trend lately with asian people. highlights, or brown would be interesting.
maaaybe, try cutting front bangs? I had them before, it isn't bad, but bad hair days can be a little crazy.

 

maybe a lil bit of volume at the top of your head though have u try to curl ur hair.
