i would prefer western because it's not so restricted...asian guys sometimes seem to be more male domineering, or at least, they have if not a lot, a tiny bit of that in mind....but i mean, who knows....i haven't dated an asian guy yet.

What about a mix of both like Leah DIzon -) but if it came down to it Asian because of cultural ease and family relations idk my parents would freak if i bought a westerner even though i wouldnt mind-rockon
Asian, because I was brought up chinese, and its soo much easier to communicate with asian. I know nothing about western girls and think that would lead to alot of problems down the road unless you are very sensitive to her needs.
Like many others have said, I prefer Asians over Westerners too, and I particularly prefer Chinese since that's what I am. I suppose it has to do with similarities in culture, norms, language, and values. And maybe it has to do with my own personal preferences too because I'm more accustomed to friendships and relationships with other Asians/Chinese since we often think alike and share many interests in common. But my feelings have nothing to do with racial preferences and what I think of Asians vs. non-Asians - as in, which one is superior over the other. No, I don't think that way. I've fallen for both Asian and Caucasian men alike, and what I mainly observe are their personalities and character traits from the inside, and I think that's what really matters though.
Well this really depends on personal preference. Doesnt have to be Asian/Westerner as long as you get along well , whats the harm? Personally I wouldnt mind, but I find that I feel more relaxed n more like myself when I'm around ppl from my country/.race etc...
i would prefer asian boys, especially cantonese, because we've got the same culture. I know many western guys, some guys are very sweet and nice, but i think we haven't a good future, there are prejudices between my parents and the guy's parents. I definetely would regret it.
Well said. There are eventually certain issues to fine tune but if 2 persons do love each other, nothing should stand in between to make the relationship work.
