HI, i wonder, do u surf alot on this netbook? how is the speed? because its just 10 inch, do u read the websites good on the browser? i rather spend money on a usual 15 inch core2duo laptop. but i will understand when u are checking emails ect ect a small one would be handy.
I dont have an EEE but i have a MSI wind which is equivalent to the EEE in most ways and also priced very competitively. It is a viable alternative. It is great for portability around the house and all with WIFI, but I still prefer my 13". 9-10" are a tad small for typing and all.
Yes they are. All the mini notebooks are very similar and it boils down to things like battery size, screen size etc Whether it be an Asus or MSI both are very good.
I got the MSI Wind U100. pretty good little thing. just updated it to the newest bios. now can overclock it to 1.9 ghz. almost 2ghz from 1.6 ghz CPU. 1.6 ghz OC to 1.9 ghz 2g ram wifi b/g/n 6 cell battary (about 5 hrs on powersaver mode) 1.3mp web cam 10" screen full size keyboard.
The good thing about this compared with a 15 inch is that this one is relatively more "lighter" compared to the 15 inch and the small size allows it to fit easily. But the keyboard may need some getting use to, as it is quite compact. Bad thing if you have large hands
