LOL... not trying to gross anyone out. But, from the direction of this thread, everyone here seems to be under the mistaken impression that the baby was born with an extra dick; which is not the case. Its real problem is, as the dominant of the two twins, it only partially resorbed its dead sibling, leaving a penile remnant on its back. If you can imagine right after conception, when the cells divide into twins, each generally will individually develop fully. In cases such as this, one of the pair stopped developing and was partially overgrown by the other. There are plenty of documented cases of extra bones and organs discovered in people during unrelated surgery, revealing their dead twin's body parts still carried around in them. yes but the chances for this are rather slim usually and what are the chances that the only remnant is a penis on its back. rather freaky that is.

this isn't just some birth defect. the second penis was that of a twin brother that didn't get to grow. It happens some times where you get babies with 4 arms or legs...or 2 penises.
