TVB's General Manager Stephen Chan and Bernice Liu were in Greenland filming for a special programme 《冰天動地》 for TVB's Anniversary. The travel from Hong Kong to Greenland included stops in London and Iceland. Stephen and Bernice arrived in Greenland to learn about the melting glaciers due to global warming.

After 40 hours of travel, TVB film crew reached the ancient town in Eastern Greenland (Kulusuk) and (Tasiilaq). Although it's not winter yet, but the local temperatures went down to as low as 0 degrees Celsius. The residents of the small town, mainly Eskimos were very enthusiastic to meet them. The children especially liked to play with Bernice.

Stephen and Bernice looked at the icebergs at sea and some were at least 10 stories high. After the winter, it is necessary for the residents to travel by sleds, the sled dogs in Greenland are not used for pets, but as a tool. Bernice who raised 5 of these types of sled dogs saw that these dogs really have a heart.

Each night, Stephen and Bernice would have a special event. Greenland is located in the eastern art of the auroral zone, the Northern Lights could be seem almost every night. This scene is quite rare and because of this they would start shooting in the wild when the temperatures were below zero. On the trip home, a large whale emerged from the sea, Bernice got to take close up shots of the whale.

Also, Bernice recently has attended two events with Charmaine, is Charmaine's rumors stealing Bernice's spotlight? Bernice does not feel that she's neglected, she's just focused on her work. As to the news about breaking up with Moses Chan, they can't be a "couple team" earning money anymore. Bernice expressed that earlier it was arranged by her company, asked her if she has a chance to find someone to be a couple team again? She frankly said that recently there are many people who are returning to TVB, like Gallen Lo and Ray Lui. For the younger generation, theres Raymond Lam, Kevin Cheng and etc. She wants to collaborate with all of them.

Kevin Cheng and Bernice Liu were at the opening of a new store for Audemars Piguet Swiss Watch at Macao Four Season Hotel the other night. The highlight was the raffle draw for purchasing a limited edition of "SURVIVER" watch at a discount price of $29,800 dollars. Kevin put his assistant's business card for the draw. He didn't get picked. He regretted not putting his own card in the lucky draw as well.

Kevin disclosed that he has more then 10 collectors item classic watches at home. "In a recession, a good watch would hold its value. It is a very good investment. All my watches have potential. I am going to pass them sown to my children" He expressed that in future when he proposes to his other half, he would buy her an expensive watch to make it special.

Bernice revealed that she was given a watch worth $300,000 dollars as a present. Kevin was by her side, he laughed "It is nice to be a girl." Bernice added "When my other half proposes, in addition to a diamond ring, I want a watch too. It doesn't have to an expensive watch because each time I look at the watch, I will be thinking of him."

There's news that Bernice has plans to break into the Hollywood industry... This would certainly explain her refusal to re-sign with TVB..

She will be in a new movie called "The King of Fighters".. Maggie Q is also in this movie. Bernice will be playing a female fighter.

For many years, Bernice has always hoped to get a female fighter role, as in the new movie she'll be one female fighter, opposite of Maggie Q. It appears that Chris Evans from "The Fantastic Four" will also be part of this film. The filming started yesterday in Canada, because of the timing, the filming schedule was delayed for 2 months, causing Bernice's schedule to be a bit difficult. Because she didn't want to lose this great opportunity, so she was forced to reject advertisement jobs. This time of year is artistes' golden time period where many jobs for Christmas and New Years are offered, Bernice also had to reject those.
