Best way to loss weight

    my friend tried doing exercise for 1 hour a day in a gym... every day from Monday - Friday.
    she lost 5 KG in 1 month.

    A good exercise plan is necessary for the weight loss and fitness improvement. Nobody can get fitness or lose extra body weight without regular exercises. Cardio exercises such as running, jogging, swimming, and cycling etc. are more important to lose the extra body weight. These exercises burn the fat more effectively as compare to any other exercise.
