you guys have 512 kbps upstream? i only have 300 something, plus on 54 mbps wireless. and im still getting blazing speeds
i can't seem to find IP rules: All checked Maximum sessions per IP downloading task: 3 Maximum sessions per IP uploading task: 1

I am using version 0.7 without any problem on windows 2000 professional. The download is much faster than before I made the changes. Don't forget to uncheck the "enable public dth network" for each download.
I was going to try the beta version, but then, i was like "meh" its probably not as stable, so i stuck with .70
