celeron processor sucks... i have the acer with celeron processor.. slow as hell.. and is anyone gonna answer my question? is pc2-5300s and pc2-4200s the same? lol
no clue i opened my sony notebook memory ram area. and it says pc2-5300s.. and on bestbuy and other website it says pc2-4200s..
just check the online manual or something....oh so it says pc-5300 so just get teh pc-5300 ram then, but does the notebook has the 2 slots? lol mine has that and it's gay have to remove the old to install the new.
lol my has 2 slot.. 2 x 512mb atm... online spec from all websites says pc2-4200 but the ram inside the sony laptop says pc2-5300s.... so confusing.. 5300 is way cheap.. but 4200.. no clue
^lol yea get two 1gb if you want to upgrade or it can be 2gb each stick if your supports it i guess, but really expensive for a 2gb stick i think.
i think my comp can only support up to 2gb.. not sure.. it says 2gb on bestbuy spec but on other sony laptop(looks the same but cpu different) it says up to 4gb...
