there're warnings in Burnaby too, but i don't think i've seen any brown water. i heard from my friend that people are fighting over bottled water. her mom went to Costco before it opened and there was a long long lineup already, and when it opened everyone headed straight for the water section. after the first five people, all the water was gone, so everyone went for the mineral water (despite how its double normal water's price) on another note.. i handed in my Chinese composition about my favourite vacation today, and my teacher told me she's gonna send it in to the local Chinese newspaper. -what? i wouldn't be so WTF if it hadn't been my mom who wrote half of the thing. i'm screwed if my teacher makes me read it in front of the class.
lol thats what happened to me when i had chinese school......pretty much all my compositions were done by the help of my mom writing like 3/4 of it lol -lol
