dammit im stuck with fido for 2yrs i went to eatons fido and ask if i can cancel my phone or how much would i have to pay for changing it to 2 yr and she said a hundred and i gota call fido then i called fido at home and i said i want o cancel cause i ain't gonnna pay 100 more to make it 2yrs...so then they put me on retentions and the guy offered me no fee changin it to 2 yrs and i said i still don't know then he's like give me $5 credit for the voicemail + callerid but i have unlim incoming so no point..so then he gave me the $5 credit for 12 months and its now a 2 year deal....DAMMIT..still thinking if i should quit cause now i know rogers wouldn't give me somethign like that
rogers is terrible, stay with whatever u got, ur just gonna end up screwed over again but by a different company
rogers has better reception..well iv always been with fido but ppl say rogers has better reception and ofcourse BETTER PHONES!
yo i was in the same situation. fido sucks trust me. and rogers sucks too. but rogers is better than fido. so drop fido. my situation: i had a fido phone, and my parents bought a family plan with rogers. and in order to save 3 consecutive numbers, they had to buy me a second phone.. so yea i had 2 phones, so i gave my brother my old phone. fido wants you to pay for whatever is remaining in your contract. i had to pay 200 bucks for a shit phone that randomly turns off. so unless you stick with it for the rest of your contract, your stuck. or you wanna pay the remaining fees. and you gotta call to cancel the contract or else they renew your contract without telling you. and thats pretty gay.
i don't get it....so u did family plan for 3 phones and r consecutive numbers? what does the plan give u and how much? i have 1 more day to cancel my contract to avoid the $400 fee....im with studentphone contract and i can switch phones if i wanted to but gota buy on own expense...wat phone u have? how much is ticket
