Ive never noticed pepper to be spicy at all.. maybe ur eating the seeds or somthing Oh yeh bear, did u just get back from HK? is that why uve been away... lucky <_<.... there are no shops that ive seen in the UK that sell gai daan jai. hmmm that could be the recipe but im sure it will never taste like the real thing :(
