the x6 is fugly...saw it on the road a few days ago and boy to i have to say it is even uglier in life...rather drop the money on a 6 series or an x5
im not really keen on BMWs.... but then i dont know alot about cars tho... but then im aiming to get my audi r8 one day...
IMO, if you're looking to get a European Sports Utility Vehicle, go Audi. The Q series > BMW's X series. My brother loves the R8 as well. It really doesn't do much for me. I don't know why.
i LOVED it when i saw it in a car mag when they were introducing it before it was released.. then i WANT it since i watched it on top gear when they tested it and everything.. but its like 72K GBP tho :( so have to save up for it i dont really liek the BMWs... all i see broken down in the roads and the motorways are the BMWs lol suckers...
BMW's are pretty amazing cars you have to drive one to appreciate them...right out of the box the stock suspension is aggressive to handle corners at decent speeds and its not as luxury as you think. @ kontrau know what you need to do is see the r8 first hand either in a show room or on the road cuz when i saw it in the mags the body didn't catch my attention much but the engine in it did....then i saw it at the SF car show and damn i fell in love wit it...too bad that damn car is about 100K USD still cheaper than a 911 turbo
Make sure you get the active steering . But you have to get the sports package in order to add the active steering option. makes it so much easier making the turns. Also, get the xdrive 50i. It's so fast!
