Could be location, but it is pretty hard to tell users that they have to wait, and on top of that, I can;t close the "tickets" damnit. Buying from them also got messed up. I used to send them a spec with all the part numbers I get from THEIR website and ask them for a quotation (our company gets a special discount). When it comes back, all the parts numbers change and the config is not the same no more. So I have to send several days to get it all straighten out. (Most of the time, they say the part is obsolate,,,but why put on website if it is ?)... Rant and Wavin ' it crap. hehe. u lucky wit them
