It's hard to do, especially when the person has been your life for 5 years. But times they change, as do feelings. You just gotta tell her it isnt working, you're not happy. And as hard as it is with the other person crying.. do not back down. Or youll be back where u started.

for god sake please break up with her. First of all girl's pretty age wasn't that long. If wait and wait until 4more yr later and break her up. THen it is really make u look bad, since u want to break it up a long time ago. I wonder how u can last 4-5yr? but u in the same boat like my cousin, He did have a gf for like 4-5yr similar like you. And he did attempt couple time to break up but not succeed. BUt finally she breaked it up a year ago then 1-2month later she found a new gf. My advice if u want to break up with her,..ignore all her phonecall, msg, aim, icq etc. Or ask her lets have a break for couple month see if anything turn out good. Sensei i think you a softheart person(man 4-5yr is a long period it is a diffucult to break up).
