well the link earlier was a desktop with 20 inch widescreen acer lcd, and a very nice cpu i forgot the specs, but i think it was 3 gb RAM, AMD x2 something, and 350 gb hard drive. with tax and everything 404$! Basically I 'm still debating whether a desktop or a laptop. I am more a laptop person lol.... What do you guys think about these two laptops? http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/pdet.to?poid=432695 http://www.toshibadirect.com/td/b2c/pdet.to?poid=432696
Get Lenovo if u are budget tight. If u are really going for high end stuff i would suggest u place ur order online to avoid anyone from tampering ur new lappie.
If you're willing to pay up to $900, go get the Dell Studio XPS 13 from Best Buy.. It has nvidia 9400m graphics, ddr3 rams. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9150624&type=product&id=1218036666917
quality-wise get notebook from LENOVO, best built one are from lenovo.....made in China too....hehehe.
ye lenovo are pretty good, aren't they the makers of ibm? but rele i would not go for an acer, from what i hear the power plug to the laptop isn't made very well and is bound to fail. several people i know who have that make laptop have had their power plug fail on them, the connection part to the laptop that is.
lenovo's are too expensive for what they have though... Dell's got some decent ones. The Adamo is REALLY nice
I recommend Lenovo T series. Very reliablle. Most important things is to have a international warranty.
I don't understand why nobody recomment dell studio, i think they are nice, good specs, good reputation, hot design.... lenovo doesn't offer the stuff with their price
