Don't bother man, save yourself the indignity. She's some bird you met in a club, both under the influence? Who left first you or her, if it was you, then chances are she's stayed and got bladdered, forgot who you are and got off with the next chump who showed some interest. Move on, plenty of fish and all that.....
My advice is to call her and ask her where is she. start a topic. Carry on with " I thought i saw you over at xxxx shopping mall" lastly, ask her out for lunch/dinner. This whole trick would avoid embarrassment. But if she doesn't pick up your call, forget it, go to club often and look for other girls.
