Sounds like the little kid is way too spoiled. You can't let him use his chubbiness get to you, look past that and you'll see he's a blood sucking little punk! There are nice ways to handle this though, just say your ipod is out of batteries, or that you're using it and he'll have to wait. Also tell him if he's a good boy, and works hard, he can buy one for himself when he grows up. A better one with 5 Terabytes of diskspace.

As expressed before if it's your possessions, I really don't see the problem with you saying no. One thing I can't stand is spoiled, bratty children so for me lol it's always easy to say no. So to answer your question, yes, you can say no to a little kid.
