I don't think drinking milk can lose weigh, maybe you should try exercise? my bf always says food can't help you lose weight
milk definitely won't help u lose weight...changing ur choice of drinks from soft drinks to just plain water/chinese tea (tea leaves kind) will help though...

i don't think so. It can only make you fat. I think that is the main reason why people switch from whole milk to 2 percent milk. From 2 percent milk to fat free milk.
eeh i think it depend.... if u drink low fat milk should be ok..... but on your diet meal u need calciums to help u have a healthy bone ...... so i think u must not exclude the milk from your diet...
well...if it's whole milk...I really doubt that's going to help you lost weight in general...most likely those ads have a line somewhere saying that you need to take up an exercise routine and combine it with a healthy diet that includes low fat milk

i cant really tolerate milk, i usually get all gassy n shit after milk, but i still like it and will drink it with like cereal or whatever from time to time. on the other hand, its healthy for you, but it won't lose weight, that doesn't even make sense
