I use pinyin but my Chinese isn't very good >.<
I'm better at listening to Cantonese than typing out the characters, but if I need to I use NJStar, I've learnt so many new words from that lol

Cangjie is combining radicals together to type out the character, in which each key on the keyboard represents a certain radical.

Lots of people in HK use the simplified cangjie in which only the first and last radicals are considered, rather than all radicals.

I used to use zhuyin, but switched over to pinyin. It's much faster since you don't have to relearn any key positions

I use NJStar. I set it up to as the Canton method. Basically just typing words out that way. Most of the time I start out with 2-3 letters then I browse it. :D

I never figure out how to do the whole pinyin thing =_=b or didn't bother to learn, i use Simplified Cangjie (just the first stroke and last stroke type). At least I have some idea what I am typing.

Isn't typing in Chinese more difficult than a Western language? I sometimes see how an Auntie of mine typing in Chinese (in HK) and it takes quite a lot of time to finish a sentence?
