lol i had another one too this past few weeks, i think it's been 2 1/2 week? but it only been hurting past 1 1/2 week, it's progressing slowly :( so i bought this thing called "KANKA" by Blistex, it's really good ^^ even though i think the hurtful stage is gone, there might be a scar because of the long duration of this one T.T I HATE THESE THINGS!
rubbing alcohol 99% proof. it will get rid of a kanker sore in days. just put some on a qtip and then rub it on the kanker. of course it stings but it totally does the job! dries up the whole area so you can talk and eat without pain. i never liked using "kanka" dont like the film it leaves in your mouth. try the rubbing alcohol
i scrape it off with a toothbrush with toothpaste. Then depending on if i want it to go away painfully and quickly...i put salt on it or lemon juice.
