Chanh Muối

I've got a question.
many moons ago, a friend of mine gave me a jar of chanh muoi

i haven't got the time to drink it, but is it still safe to drink the lemonade ?

 

Yeah .. it should be fine if it's well kept. The longer it is, the better it is .. again, if it's well kept.

 

how do i know when its well kept?

 

First, see if there is any mold on it. Then, taste it and see if it's ok. No other way.

 

my granma also keeps a jar in the kitchen. it handy when you got a sore throat, or cough. it recommended to everyone.

As long it's not has mold then it will good for life, the longer time the better but it'll get salty.

 

it's good but most that i found at restaurant sucks big time...
