    its a shame, i bet a lot of people wouldnt mind having a dog especially since the single child policy. a dog will make a good second child.

    aa the dog problem i am chinese and i got to say most chinese people dont take care of there dogs they give them what they had ate and is tehre for food and really dont take them to get ck on

    poor dogs...just because 3 dogs has rabies...couldnt they just examine the dog before they kill it...that's just wrong

    Seriously. though, how can a country do that? I guess they think its like the chicken virus. Did they do research on rabies? or was it to get back at the dogs :)

    hmmm, if they find someone with Aids, will they kill everyone?
