Chinese in Singapore

Well people speak Cantonese, Hakka, Hokkien,Teochew for Chinese. Malay and some Indian dialect and most of all "singlish" - singapore style english lah

 

What is good about Singapore? I thought of traveling there for vacation.

 

Its a great place for a vacation. Nice and clean and modern. A bit hot tho.

 

I herd that singapore has a lot of pretty girls

 

Sentosa , shopping, unique food ..actually it is alot like HK except it is cleaner and less polluted.

 

I am a Singaporean, but i am not sure~ But Chinese is a larger popluation in Singapore than the rest of the races.

 

we chinese are everywhere especially in southeast asia. And where there's money to make we're there.

 

Singapore is definitely cool Just been there for almost half a year. Wish I was still there....

 

Not sure cause I dont live there. But I think u can find out more abt that on those search engine like google.com, yahoo.com or msn.com

for your infor , singlish is NOT broken english , it's a language "invented" by the the singaporean to be unique . -worship

It shouldnt be that many from what I experience last time I went there (like 5 yrs ago) So time pass so I'm not sure now -lol

 

people are leaving singapore, the government is offering citizenship to get the chinese population back up

 

mostly al can speak mandarin

fast paced city. only bad thing is that the weather's always the same

 

haha I so agree with u tt the weather is terrible. V hot! And u can get struck by lightning.. but luckily got all those public transport tt can shelter me from the sun

singaporean usually hates malaysian chinese, alhough most of them like to visit malaysia because it is cheap.
