    LMAO same here! my grams used to LOVE making us drink all this chinese medicine. she said it will help me grow strong and keep me healthy. my mom hates the smell of it. its kinda funny for me when i walk into the house and end up bolting to my neighbour's house =PP but hey, it makes you heal faster<_<

    well i've been drinking chinese medicine since i was really little... so now i dont mind the taste all that much. i actually think they're pretty okay.

    mostly elderly ppl are more on the side of chinese medicene and refuse to take western med

    i think u mean "bitter taste is good medicine"... my grandma used to make them allllll the time... i hated them :p ... she used to give me a peice of candy every time i drink bitter medicine... i can't remember the last time i drank them

    i hate chinese medicine. there so bitter. i wouldn't tell my parent that i have sore throat and just drink western med.

    i never tried those chinese medicine before but i heard that it's really bitter... i don't think i will like it since i dislike some chinese soup...

    Yup, there are unbelievably bitter. I would recommend eat some preserve plums to get rid of the after taste.
